Location: The Drayson Center – 25040 Stewart Street – Loma Linda, CA. Please park in any unmarked, untimed spot in the adjacent parking lots or along the street

Non-Members will stop at the front desk to sign a waiver; no fee for players
Spectators $3 but all ages welcome
Skill Level: 4.5+, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0, 2.5 (Please register the team under the highest skill level of the team. You must play in the bracket of the highest skill leveled player on your team. When necessary, skill levels will be combined to fill up brackets in the round robin, but we make every attempt to play medal rounds by skill level. We will award medals in each skill level regardless.)
DUPR Rating: Please register according to your DUPR player rating at the time of registration. For players with no DUPR rating or DUPR account, please register in the skill level that you play in rec play. If this is your first tournament, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss which level you should be playing. It is not competitive for you or your opponents to play in the inappropriate bracket. The tournament director reserves the right to verify skill levels but it will be rare that it is checked. Please register on the honor system. Players can play above their rating, but not below. We cannot enter DUPR scores.
Age: 8+, 30+, 50+, 60+, 70+ (Please register the team under the bracket of the youngest team member. The tournament director reserves the right to combine ages to fill up the brackets and create the best pool play. Pickleball age is the age you are in 2026.)
Players needing a Partner – We will try to help you find a partner.
Tournament Formats: The home team (noted second) serves on the train side. We do not pick sides; instead, we switch sides halfway. There are no timeouts. USAPA 2026 pickleball rules.
Game Format: Because every tourney in this Summer Series is a one-event day, without the usual time restraints, we try to ensure that all teams in the same age and skill will see each other once. As you can see below, our goal is provide at least 6 games in the pool play.
4 or 5 Teams = Double Round Robin to 11 points, win by 1, switch sides at 6
6 Teams = Games to 15 points, win by 1, switch sides at 8
7-10 Teams = Games to 11 points, win by 1, switch sides at 6
Tiebreakers: To determine medal matches. Make every point count in every game.

- One game playoff to 7 points win by 1, and coin toss to see who serves from train side, switch sides at 3.
Medal Matches:
Gold Medal Best 2 out of 3, to 11, win by 2, #1 team serves from train side; for game 3, if necessary, switch sides at 6.
Bronze Medal: One game to 11, win by 2, switch sides at 6. The higher-ranked team is the home team and will serve first from the train side.
Brackets: We try to post brackets on the Monday before event on the website. Please note that you can always see registrations at any time, and you may be able to see which brackets look like they may combine.
Courts: 26 Lighted outdoor courts (12 are permanent courts and 14 have tennis lines with semi-permanent nets)

Player Cancellation Deadline and Weather Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel is one week before the date and start time of the tournament, thus the deadline to cancel is the Sunday before the tournament at 7:00a. After that, there is no refund. At that point, we have ordered medals and have started to assemble the brackets. Prior to that Sunday, we will offer a refund (minus credit card fees if you paid with a credit card) or you may transfer your fees to another tourney in the series.
In the event of a weather cancellation on July 19 or August 16, we are offering a make up tournament on August 23. If we have a weather cancellation on August 23, we will offer partial refunds. The Drayson Center reserves the right to make all weather-cancellation calls. Please go to the website for weather-related updates that may affect your tourney date.
